Early Life and Education

Corinna Meffert was born on October 1954 in Suhl, Germany. Growing up in a family of teachers, she attended school in Suhl and later studied acting at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Busch" in Berlin.

Acting Career

Harfouch began her acting career in the early 1980s, appearing in various stage and television productions. She gained wider recognition for her roles in films such as "The Legend of Paul and Paula" (1973) and "Good Bye, Lenin!" (2003).

Throughout her career, Harfouch has played a wide range of characters, from historical figures to modern-day women. She has won numerous awards for her performances, including the Deutscher Filmpreis (German Film Award) and the Bavarian Film Award.
